Refund Policy

All sales or paintings, illustrations, merchandise, and prints are final. 

For prints, we have a 7-day notification policy, which means you have 7- days after receiving your item to notify us about any damage or defect to the print. For prints only we offer a replacement once the damaged or defective product is received.


To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replacement request, you can contact us at skiphenrystudio@gmail.com.

If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow 2-weeks for the replacement product to arrive. If you have not received your replacement item with the timeframe described please contact us.

Damages and Shipping issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Original artwork is insured at the time of shipping.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: original artwork or custom or commissioned artwork such as special orders or personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The only exchange we offer is the replacement of damaged or flawed prints. Please see the second sentence of this return policy for specific details. 

 

Refunds
